Israel Destroys Iran’s Last F-14 Fighter Stronghold In Isfahan Crushing Regime Air Power Advantage

Precision Israeli strikes cripple Iran’s air force assets while expanding dominance over hostile regional terror infrastructure.

The Israeli Air Force carried out a powerful series of strikes Saturday night targeting military compounds at the airport in Isfahan, guided by intelligence from the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate. The operation focused on facilities where F-14 fighter jets belonging to the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force were stored.

These F-14 aircraft are considered among the most valuable remaining assets in the Iranian regime’s attempt to challenge Israeli air operations. By striking the base and damaging these aircraft, Israel significantly weakened Iran’s ability to contest the operational freedom of the Israel Defense Forces inside Iranian airspace.

During the operation, Israeli fighter jets also destroyed advanced detection systems and air defense infrastructure located at the site. The destruction of these systems further reduces Tehran’s ability to track and intercept Israeli aircraft, strengthening Israel’s growing air superiority across the region.

The strike in Isfahan follows another major Israeli operation just two days earlier at Mehrabad International Airport in Tehran. In that attack, Israeli forces destroyed sixteen aircraft used by the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which had been involved in transferring weapons to regional terrorist proxies.

Israeli officials stated that the broader objective of these operations is to deepen Israel’s control of the skies over Iran, enabling continued precision strikes against additional strategic military targets belonging to the Iranian regime.

According to the IDF spokesperson, Israel will continue expanding its operational advantage and intensifying pressure on Iran’s military infrastructure. The military emphasized that further actions will target systems supporting the Iranian regime’s ability to project power and sustain terror networks across the Middle East.
