Israel’s Military Dominance Shatters Hezbollah Capabilities As IDF Secures Borders With Unprecedented Strategic Precision

Decisive Israeli operations cripple Iran backed terror networks while ensuring long term protection for northern communities.

IDF Chief of Staff LTG Eyal Zamir conducted a high-level operational visit to the 36th Division in southern Lebanon, reinforcing Israel’s determined posture against Hezbollah and broader Iran-backed threats. Joined by senior military leadership, Zamir reviewed frontline operations, assessed battlefield developments, and issued directives to sustain momentum against hostile forces.

Addressing commanders on the ground, Zamir described the current conflict as a historic moment, praising the fighting spirit and effectiveness of Israeli forces. He emphasized that this generation of soldiers is delivering results comparable to the most defining periods in Israel’s history, underscoring the scale and significance of ongoing operations.

A central focus of his remarks was the systematic weakening of Hezbollah’s capabilities through direct action against its Iranian support network. Zamir confirmed that Israel has struck key components of Iran’s defense infrastructure, including facilities responsible for producing weapons supplied to Hezbollah, significantly degrading the group’s operational strength.

He made clear that Israel has fundamentally shifted its security doctrine along its borders. There will be no tolerance for hostile armed groups establishing a presence near Israeli communities. The approach, he stated, is no longer containment but decisive prevention, ensuring that threats are neutralized before they can materialize.

According to Zamir, Israeli forces have already achieved the operational objectives set by the political leadership in both Lebanon and Iran theaters. These achievements have created favorable conditions for broader strategic and diplomatic developments, while maintaining firm control over security realities on the ground.

In Lebanon, Israeli forces are holding a defined defensive line designed to prevent direct attacks on northern communities. Zamir stressed that troops will remain deployed as long as necessary to guarantee long-term safety, with full operational freedom to dismantle terrorist infrastructure and eliminate threats wherever they emerge.

Operations continue across the front, with forces actively targeting both immediate and emerging threats, including areas beyond current defensive lines. Zamir reiterated that there are no restrictions on neutralizing hostile elements, signaling a continued proactive and aggressive stance.

The Chief of Staff also highlighted strong public backing for the military, expressing pride in the troops and reaffirming the nation’s support for their mission. His message to commanders was clear: maintain operational pressure, continue eliminating threats, and secure lasting protection for Israeli communities.
