IDF Orders Gaza City Evacuation: “We Will Strike With Great Force”

As ground operations expand, the IDF warns Gaza City residents to evacuate via Al-Rashid axis, vowing to crush Hamas after destroying 30 high-rise terror strongholds.

Gaza City residents were urged Tuesday morning to evacuate immediately as the Israel Defense Forces prepared to expand operations against Hamas in the heart of the Strip.

In an Arabic-language statement, IDF spokesman Avichay Adraee warned:

“From the Old City and Tufah in the east to the sea in the west — Gaza City will be struck with great force. Remaining in the area is extremely dangerous.”

Residents were instructed to flee via the Al-Rashid axis toward the humanitarian zone in Al-Mawasi. Adraee also urged civilians to report Hamas attempts to block evacuations, providing a hotline number for this purpose.

🎯 Hamas Entrenched in High-Rises

The IDF revealed that Hamas has embedded itself within Gaza City’s tall residential and office towers, using them for:

  • Intelligence systems and surveillance cameras
  • Sniper and anti-tank firing positions
  • Observation command rooms and control centers
  • Underground terror tunnels enabling ambushes and escape routes

Over the past several days, the IDF has targeted dozens of such high-rises with precision strikes to dismantle Hamas’ command-and-control hubs before the next stage of ground maneuvering.

⚡ Katz: “The Hurricane Struck Gaza”

On X (formerly Twitter), Defense Minister Israel Katz described the scale of destruction:

“The hurricane struck Gaza yesterday with unprecedented force. 30 high-rise terror buildings were attacked and destroyed, and dozens more terror targets were hit to thwart Hamas’ infrastructure and pave the way for maneuvering forces.”

Katz issued a stark warning:

“If Hamas terrorists do not lay down their arms and release all the hostages, they will be destroyed — and Gaza will be ruined.”

With the IDF preparing to intensify its ground incursion into Gaza City, the evacuation order marks the clearest signal yet that Israel is preparing for the most ferocious stage of the war.Gaza City residents were urged Tuesday morning to evacuate immediately as the Israel Defense Forces prepared to expand operations against Hamas in the heart of the Strip.
