A difficult-to-view recording of the moment IDF soldier Matan Engerst was kidnapped from a tank was released this evening (Thursday), 545 days after October 7th.
Anat and Haggai Angrest, the parents of kidnapped IDF solider Matan Angrest, this evening allowed the publication of their son’s abduction from his tank during the October 7 attack and the beatings inflicted on him by a mob in Gaza.
“We decided to go to the end to get our son out of hell,” the parents said.
Matan Angerst, who fought with his squadmates in Nahal Oz, was kidnapped from his tank and severely beaten. His mother said she had refrained from watching the video and, after watching it, decided that the entire public should be exposed to the terrible horrors of her son’s kidnapping in order to strengthen the calls for the return of the hostages.
