A second barrage, launched shortly after 5:30 a.m., included four missiles—one of which scored a direct hit on a seven-story building in Be’er Sheva. MDA and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene.
MDA treated three individuals in critical condition—a man around 40 years old, a woman around 30, and a young man around 20—who were later pronounced dead. Seven people who suffered moderate and light injuries were evacuated to Soroka Hospital.
Contact was made with three people who have been trapped under the rubble. Home Front Command and Fire and Rescue teams are working to rescue them.
MDA Senior EMT Shimrit Sela, who is at the impact site in southern Israel, said, “We saw thick smoke rising from the impact site, and as we got closer, we saw extensive destruction to several buildings. Outside one of the buildings, we saw an unconscious man lying at the entrance. When we went inside to search the building, we found a man and a woman unconscious. We set up a triage point for the injured and are conducting medical checks on residents coming out of the buildings.”
MDA paramedic Dvir Ben Ze’ev, who is at the impact site in southern Israel, said, “We responded to the incident in large numbers, including Mobile Intensive Care Units, ambulances, rapid response vehicles, and medicycles. We saw significant destruction to several buildings on the street where the rocket fell. At the entrance to one of the buildings, an unconscious man was lying down, and after further searches, two more casualties—a man and a woman—were found unconscious. We conducted medical checks, but sadly, we had no choice but to pronounce them dead. Additional MDA teams at the scene are currently providing medical treatment to approximately eight other casualties, including two in moderate condition and six with minor injuries.”
Eliyahu Yitzhak Tuval, head of the United Hatzalah branch in Be’er Sheva, updated from the scene: “This is a very difficult scene, with extensive damage and destruction to a residential building. Some patients are in critical and severe condition. The rest of the patients are currently classified in light conditions. Searches are still being conducted to locate additional patients. Additionally, United Hatzalah Psychotrauma teams are assisting at the scene with anxiety victims.”
A 15-year-old girl was moderately injured in Hadera, likely from missile interception debris.
A third barrage was identified just after 6:10 a.m., prompting sirens in central Israel as well as in the Shfela and Sharon regions. Three missiles were intercepted.
A fourth barrage of missiles was identified shortly after 6:30 a.m., triggering sirens ten minutes later in central Israel, the Sharon region, the Shefla region, and in Samaria. Two to three missiles were fired in this barrage.
At 6:53 a.m., the Home Front Command said a fifth barrage of missiles was detected. Sirens were sounded in northern Israel, including in Haifa, at around 6:56 a.m. A number of missiles were fired in the fifth barrage and were intercepted. No injuries were reported.
A sixth barrage of missiles was reported at 7:15 a.m., triggering sirens in the Sharon region, as well as in northern Israel.

In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump said that Iran will be the first to stop hostilities, beginning in six hours from, and Israel will do the same six hours later.
