IDF: Six Terrorists Eliminated in Nasser Hospital Strike — Including October 7 Infiltrator

After Hamas denied any terrorists were killed in an IDF strike near Gaza’s Nasser Hospital, Israel confirmed six eliminated operatives, one tied to the October 7 massacre.

The Hamas terror organization on Tuesday rejected Israeli claims that terrorists were among those killed in a counter-terror operation at Gaza’s Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, where foreign reports alleged at least 15 casualties.

AFP claimed the dead included four journalists and one civil defense member, while Hamas insisted that all victims were civilians.

But the IDF released the results of its initial inquiry, confirming that six of those killed were terrorists — including one directly involved in the October 7 infiltration into Israel.

IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir ordered the probe immediately after the strike and reiterated Israel’s position:

“The IDF regrets any harm to uninvolved individuals and does not target journalists as such. We act to minimize civilian harm while safeguarding our troops.”

Hamas attempted to dispute Israel’s findings, claiming two of the six alleged terrorists were killed elsewhere, but offered no evidence and no confirmation that they were civilians.

The incident underscores a recurring Hamas tactic: embedding operatives inside hospitals, schools, and mosques, deliberately using Gaza’s civilian population as human shields.

In previous investigations, journalists and even medical professionals killed in Gaza were later exposed as Hamas affiliates, with some linked directly to the October 7 massacre and hostage abuses.

Israel maintains that while civilian casualties are tragic, its strikes are surgically targeted against terrorists exploiting protected sites for military purposes.
