In a forceful CBS interview, Prime Minister Netanyahu vows swift disarmament of Hamas under Trump’s peace plan and reaffirms Israel’s regional peace ambitions through the Abraham Accords.
In a bold and uncompromising message broadcast across America, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that Israel and the United States are united in their mission to completely disarm Hamas, warning that failure to comply will unleash devastating consequences.
Speaking to CBS late Tuesday night, Netanyahu confirmed Israel’s commitment to the Trump-brokered Gaza Peace Plan, emphasizing that peace will come only when Hamas’s terror infrastructure is dismantled.
“We agreed to give peace a chance,” Netanyahu stated. “But President Trump’s conditions were clear: Hamas must disarm. It must relinquish its weapons in Gaza—or all hell will break loose.”
He added a direct warning to the terror group:
“It’ll happen quickly, and perhaps violently, but they will disarm.”
The Prime Minister praised the first phase of the plan, which saw the return of all living hostages from Gaza, and expressed hope that Phase Two—Hamas’s total demilitarization—will begin shortly.
“After Hamas gives up its weapons, we need to ensure there are no weapons factories inside Gaza. There will be no smuggling. This is disarmament,” he said firmly.

“I am very tough on matters concerning Israel’s future. It’s my responsibility—and the reason I’ve done what I’ve done. It’s why we struck in Iran. To ensure the Jewish state will never be in danger.”
