“Rubio in Israel: ‘No Gaza That Threatens Israel Again — Hamas Will Be Fully Demilitarized’”

During his visit to the Civil Military Coordination Center in Israel, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio reaffirmed America’s ironclad commitment to Israel’s security and the Trump 21-point peace framework, vowing that Gaza will never again be ruled by Hamas.

At the Civil Military Coordination Center (CMCC) on Israel’s southern front, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio delivered one of his most forceful statements yet on the unfolding Trump 21-Point Gaza Plan, pledging unwavering U.S. support for Israel’s security and declaring that Hamas will be fully demilitarized—permanently.

“This is an impressive place,” Rubio told reporters, praising the progress achieved in just two weeks under the U.S.-Israel-led framework. “This is the journey through the 21-point plan. We are beginning to see a stronger American presence on the ground. A lot of progress is being made.”

Standing alongside Israeli and U.S. military coordinators, Rubio painted a clear picture of the situation: “On the other side of the yellow line, there’s still a terrorist organization brutalizing Palestinians. Hamas continues to terrorize its own people—and that’s something we cannot allow to define the region’s future.”

Rubio stressed that stabilization must come before reconstruction, emphasizing the urgent need to coordinate between international partners and ensure a strong mandate for any future multinational security force in Gaza.

“We have to get the right international mandate. We must ensure that entity can exist, be funded, and protect civilians while guaranteeing Israel’s security. The goal is simple: never again an October 7th.”

The Secretary of State reiterated Washington’s red line: “We are fully committed to Israel’s security. There will be no Gaza that poses a threat to Israel. Gaza’s people deserve freedom from Hamas, so they no longer live in fear.”

Rubio warned that Hamas must uphold its obligations under the signed agreement:

“They agreed to full demilitarization. Israel should have received all hostages—living and deceased—within 72 hours. If that doesn’t happen, it’s a breach of the deal. Every partner nation here agrees: Hamas must comply, or face consequences.”

Addressing the creation of an international stabilization task force for Gaza, Rubio said the list of participating countries is nearly finalized but withheld details, noting:

“There are many countries ready to help, but key issues remain—mandate, funding, command structure. This force must be one that is acceptable to Israel.”

The U.S. Secretary concluded on an optimistic yet resolute tone:

“The progress achieved in just 14 days is historic. There will be obstacles, but we’re building something that will change Israel’s security forever. This is not just a peace plan—it’s the start of a new regional reality.”

As the CMCC continues its work under the Trump peace framework, Rubio’s words sent a clear message across the Middle East: The era of Hamas impunity is over, and the U.S.-Israel partnership is stronger than ever.
