Trump on 60 Minutes: “I Freed Every Israeli Hostage, Crushed Iran’s Nukes, and Delivered What the World Couldn’t — Middle East Peace”

In a powerful CBS interview, Trump celebrates rescuing Israeli hostages, destroying Iran’s nuclear sites, and forging unprecedented peace across the Middle East.

In a commanding CBS 60 Minutes interview aired Sunday night, US President Donald Trump laid out a sweeping narrative of American strength, Israeli resilience, and Middle East transformation under his leadership — recounting how his decisions secured the release of all Israeli hostages from Gaza, brokered a lasting ceasefire, and obliterated Iran’s nuclear program.

“I got all the hostages out,” Trump confirmed proudly. “The last 10 or 20 were tough — but we were tough too. And they let them all out.”

Trump spoke with deep emotion about the Israeli families who waited in anguish for their loved ones’ return. “Some parents knew their children were gone,” he said. “And yet, they were just as desperate to bring them home. That shows what love — and faith — truly mean.”

He dismissed claims that the Gaza ceasefire was fragile:

“It’s solid. Hamas knows what happens if they misbehave. They’ll be eliminated. Quickly.”

Turning to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump was openly supportive:

“He’s a wartime prime minister — strong, smart, and very tough. I had to push him a bit sometimes. But we worked very well together.”

Criticizing the ongoing trial against Netanyahu, Trump said bluntly, “They’re treating him very unfairly. We’ll be helping him — he’s a good man and a great leader.”

The President reserved his fiercest pride for June’s coordinated Israel–US strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites, calling the mission “one of the most precise and heroic operations ever executed.”

“We knocked the hell out of Iran — with those beautiful B-2 bombers. Every single missile hit every single air shaft,” Trump declared, his tone electric with admiration for the U.S. pilots. “They’re real American heroes. I gave them all medals.”

He revealed that the mission had been rehearsed for decades but never authorized — until he gave the green light:

“They told me, ‘Sir, we’ve been practicing this route for 22 years — you’re the first president who let us do our job.’”

When asked whether Iran still possesses nuclear capabilities, Trump didn’t hesitate:

“No. They have no nuclear capability. None.”

Discussing the broader regional impact, Trump asserted that his administration had achieved what millennia of diplomacy could not.

“I made Middle East peace. For 3,000 years, they couldn’t do it — but I did it.”

On Saudi Arabia joining the Abraham Accords, Trump expressed optimism:

“They’re going to join. Whether it’s a two-state solution — that’s up to Israel, others, and me.”

The interview concluded with Trump’s familiar blend of confidence and conviction — a portrait of a president who believes his policies restored order, deterred terror, and strengthened Israel’s hand in the region.
