PA Doubles Terror Rewards, Exposes Lie of Reform as Israel Demands World End Pay-for-Slay

Ramallah bankrolls Jew-killers with skyrocketing terror salaries, proving Palestinian leadership chooses violence over peace.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry delivered a damning revelation on Wednesday: the Palestinian Authority has nearly doubled its financial rewards to convicted terrorists and families of attackers killed while murdering Israelis—despite publicly insisting for years that the practice had ended.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar exposed the scale of the deception.
“Last year, Ramallah disbursed $144 million rewarding attacks against Israelis,” he wrote.
“In 2025, it has already committed $214 million—and the year isn’t even over.

Sa’ar urged European governments and global institutions to stop enabling Palestinian terror financing.
“Hold the P.A. accountable. Stop Pay-for-Slay NOW!

Abbas’s Latest Cover-Up Exposed

This revelation follows reports that PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas attempted yet another cosmetic overhaul to mislead Western donors. Abbas recently fired Omar Bitar—the PA’s top financial official—over what were described as “unauthorized payments” to terrorists.

But Israel notes the truth: the PA simply rebranded its terror stipends.
Under Western pressure, the PA shifted payments from an official ministry to a so-called “independent foundation,” renaming the salaries as “welfare support.”

In reality, nothing changed.
The PA continues to pay monthly salaries to terrorists, with higher payments for longer prison sentences—meaning the more Israelis you kill, the more money your family receives.

PA Leaders Boast They Will Never Stop Paying Terrorists

For years, Palestinian officials have openly declared their intent to continue subsidizing terrorism:

  • Abbas has repeatedly called the payments a “red line.”
  • PA ministers regularly celebrate imprisoned terrorists as “heroes.”
  • Senior PA leaders insist the system “will never be halted under any circumstances.”

The PA’s duplicity has fooled no one. Western governments have demanded reforms, yet the money continues flowing—fueling violence while the PA blames Israel for the instability it funds.

Israel Responds With Financial Countermeasures

In recent years, Israel has deducted millions from the tax revenues it collects for the PA, offsetting the sums used to fund terror salaries. Jerusalem insists it will continue doing so, preventing Israeli taxpayer money from being used to reward terrorism.

The latest revelations leave no ambiguity:
The Palestinian Authority remains the world’s only government that pays cash bonuses for murdering Jews.
