Whistleblower Exposes Hamas Hiding Baby Formula to Manufacture Starvation Narrative Against Israel

Activist reveals Hamas concealed infant formula to weaponize famine propaganda and undermine Israel’s humanitarian efforts.

A US-based Palestinian Arab activist has dropped a political bombshell, accusing Hamas of deliberately hiding tons of baby formula and children’s nutritional shakes inside secret warehouses in Gaza to intensify famine conditions and weaponize the suffering of civilians for propaganda against Israel, the New York Post reports.

The activist, Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib, a longtime critic of Hamas’ brutality and corruption, published footage online showing a warehouse allegedly run by the Hamas-controlled Gaza “Ministry of Health,” packed floor-to-ceiling with unopened supplies meant for starving infants.

Alkhatib wrote:
“During the worst days of Gaza’s hunger crisis, Hamas hid literal tons of infant formula and nutritional shakes in clandestine warehouses. Their goal was to worsen the famine and create a disaster to fuel their narrative.”

He explained that Hamas engineered the crisis to pressure Israel into halting military operations and to reinstate the discredited UN aid distribution network instead of the newly established Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) — a US-backed mechanism designed to prevent Hamas from stealing aid.

Warnings of famine escalated after the temporary ceasefire collapsed in March. Images of starvation spread globally, prompting Washington to intervene and launch the GHF. Yet the program immediately faced violent interference:

  • Shootings near distribution points
  • Civilian deaths caused by chaos
  • Direct intimidation from Hamas, who reportedly ordered Gaza residents not to approach GHF aid sites

The terror group’s obstruction became undeniable when CENTCOM released footage showing Hamas operatives looting an aid truck in Khan Yunis that was part of an international humanitarian convoy.

Alkhatib blasted Hamas for exploiting the suffering of the very civilians it claims to defend.

“You can have compassion for Gaza’s real hardship and still hold Hamas responsible for deliberately creating hunger, using civilians as leverage against Israel,” he said. “Hamas engineered the starvation crisis long before anyone else contributed to it.”

The revelations strengthen Israel’s longstanding claim:
Hamas weaponizes humanitarian aid, starves its own people, and manufactures global outrage to shield its terror infrastructure.
