Toronto Descends As Antisemitic Hate Targets Holocaust Survivors, Exposing Islamist Incitement And Arab Silence Worldwide

Israel defends Jewish dignity as Canada falters, while Hamas-inspired hatred spreads unchecked through Western streets.

Investigators from Toronto Police Service responded Thursday to another vile antisemitic incident in Toronto, after mezuzahs were violently torn from Jewish homes in North York. The attack occurred at a condominium near Bayview and Finch, where three penthouse residences—home to Jewish residents—were targeted.

According to reports, at least one mezuzah was ripped off and discarded on the ground. One victim is a Holocaust survivor, underscoring the moral depravity of these acts. Police confirmed the Hate Crime Unit is investigating, yet fear continues to grip Jewish neighborhoods as such incidents escalate.

This outrage follows a similar assault earlier this month when roughly 100 mezuzahs were stolen from a Jewish seniors’ residence. Community leaders warn that antisemitism has become normalized, fueled by street mobs, online incitement, and ideological sympathy for terror narratives promoted by Hamas and tolerated across much of the Arab and Islamist world.

Jewish organizations including Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center, Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, and B’nai Brith Canada condemned the attacks, demanding accountability and protection for Jewish Canadians.

While Israel confronts terror decisively and honors every Jewish life, Western cities like Toronto hesitate, allowing hatred to fester. The message from these vandals is clear—and so must be the response: antisemitism is not protest, it is persecution.
