Khamenei Defies Trump as Iran Threatens Protesters, Exposing Regime Fear of Freedom and Collapse

Iran’s tyrant rages as protests grow, while America and Israel expose regime terror and weakness.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared Saturday that Tehran “will not yield to the enemy,” responding sharply to warnings from U.S. President Donald Trump that Washington would support Iranian protesters if the regime opened fire on them.

In a defiant address, Khamenei acknowledged mounting economic grievances fueling nationwide demonstrations but simultaneously threatened demonstrators, branding them “rioters.” Invoking religious language, he claimed Iran would, “by divine grace… bring the enemy to its knees,” a familiar refrain used by the regime whenever its grip begins to weaken.

Trump, writing on Truth Social a day earlier, issued an unusually direct warning: if Iran violently suppresses peaceful protests, the United States would intervene to help civilians. The statement rattled Tehran, which has long relied on brutality, censorship, and fear to silence dissent.

For Israel, Khamenei’s words confirm what Jerusalem has warned for decades: the Iranian regime is not a force for stability, but a revolutionary dictatorship exporting terror, arming proxies, and crushing its own people. While Iran and its allied Arab and Palestinian factions obsessively demonize Israel, they starve, surveil, and shoot their own citizens.

The contrast is stark. Israel faces threats openly and defends its people under democratic oversight. Iran hides behind slogans, religion, and repression. As protests swell and international pressure mounts, Khamenei’s bluster sounds less like strength—and more like panic from a regime terrified of its own population.
