Exiled prince calls for national uprising, praises US action, unveils transition blueprint.
The Leader of the Iranian Democratic Opposition, Prince Reza Pahlavi, released a video message addressed directly to the Iranian people following the launch of Operation Roaring Lion, urging calm, vigilance, and preparation for what he described as a decisive national moment.
Speaking in a measured but urgent tone, Pahlavi told citizens that these were sensitive hours and days, emphasizing that the ultimate objective remains reclaiming Iran. He advised people to remain indoors for the time being, stay calm, and preserve their safety, while remaining ready to return to the streets when the appropriate moment is announced. He pledged to maintain communication through social media and alternative channels such as radio in the event of internet or satellite disruptions.
Pahlavi addressed Iran’s military, law enforcement, and security services directly, reminding them of their oath to protect the Iranian nation rather than any specific political regime. He urged them to support a stable and secure transition and warned that continued loyalty to the current leadership would tie their fate to what he described as a collapsing system.
The Prince also thanked US President Donald Trump for what he called support for the Iranian people. He stated that many Iranians view the recent targeted military action as aligned with their desire to see political change, asserting that the Iranian public stands ready to play a decisive role in shaping the country’s future.
In addition to his call for mobilization, Pahlavi announced the release of an Emergency Phase Booklet under the Iran Prosperity Project, outlining plans for managing a peaceful and orderly transition in the event of regime collapse. The blueprint is intended to provide a framework for stability, democratic governance, and institutional reform during a post-regime phase.
His remarks signal an attempt to consolidate opposition messaging during a volatile period, positioning himself as both a rallying figure and a transitional planner amid escalating regional tensions.
