FBI Releases New Video of Suspected Shooter in Charlie Kirk Assassination

Shocking new footage shows the suspected gunman leaping from a rooftop after fatally shooting conservative activist Charlie Kirk, as investigators uncover disturbing ideological clues linked to the attack.

The FBI on Thursday night released a new video of the suspected shooter in the assassination of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, who was gunned down mid-speech on Wednesday.

The footage shows the suspect dramatically jumping off a rooftop moments after the attack. Earlier in the day, the Utah Department of Public Safety had posted additional photos of the fugitive on its official X account, urging the public to contact the FBI with tips.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the rifle used in Kirk’s murder carried ammunition engraved with pro-transgender and “anti-fascist” slogans. Federal investigators are now probing whether the attack was ideologically motivated.

Authorities believe the suspect is a college-aged individual. A high-powered weapon was later recovered in a wooded area where the shooter fled, already bearing fingerprints now under FBI analysis.

The shooting unfolded in front of horrified onlookers. Videos captured the chilling moment a bullet struck Kirk in the neck, causing him to collapse while still holding his microphone. He was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but after emergency surgery, President Donald Trump confirmed his death just two hours later.
