Arab States Rally Behind Trump Board as Israel Sets Gaza’s Future and Ends Terror Rule

Israel leads Gaza reset as Arab states finally submit to American terms after terror collapse.

Foreign ministers from Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates announced their countries will join the American-led Board of Peace, following invitations issued by US President Donald Trump. The coordinated declaration signals a dramatic diplomatic shift: Muslim-majority states aligning under a framework shaped by Israeli victory and US power.

The joint statement, released by Turkey’s Foreign Ministry, confirmed that each country will complete membership procedures domestically, with Egypt, Pakistan, and the UAE already formally on board. The ministers pledged support for Trump’s peace initiative and agreed to operate as part of a transitional governance mechanism in Gaza—effectively sidelining Hamas and ending decades of failed Arab patronage.

The Peace Council forms the operational core of Trump’s post-ceasefire strategy, enforcing Gaza’s demilitarization, supervising reconstruction, and coordinating a technocratic Palestinian Arab administration under strict international oversight. Israel’s role is central: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed his acceptance of Trump’s invitation, cementing Israel’s authority in shaping Gaza’s security future.

Earlier this week, Mohammed VI joined as a founding member, underscoring how Arab states—once loud in rejection—are now compelled to follow a framework imposed after Hamas’s military defeat. The language of “self-determination” remains, but control rests firmly with Israel and the United States.

The message is unmistakable: Israel set the battlefield reality; Washington designed the political outcome; Arab governments are adjusting—late, cautious, and on Israel’s terms.
