“You Are Strength”: Gal Gadot Meets Hamas Hostage Survivors in Emotional Private Gathering

In a deeply moving encounter, Gal Gadot meets survivors of Hamas captivity who urge the world to keep fighting for the 50 hostages still trapped in Gaza.

In a private, heartfelt meeting earlier today, Israeli actress Gal Gadot sat down with five female survivors of Hamas captivityDoron Steinbrecher, Liri Albag, Naama Levy, Moran Stella Yanai, and Ilana Gritzewsky — to hear their stories, express solidarity, and amplify the call to bring home the 50 hostages still held in Gaza.

The women, all of whom endured harrowing months of captivity, opened up about their trauma and resilience, thanking Gadot for using her global voice to advocate for their release — and for the freedom of those still imprisoned.

“Don’t stop,” urged Doron Steinbrecher. “We must keep talking and keep them in people’s hearts and minds.”

💬 Gal Gadot: “You are an inspiration”

Gadot, visibly moved, listened closely to each woman’s story.

“You’ve all been through incredibly difficult things,” she said. “I can’t believe you’re standing here today — not just surviving, but carrying the weight for those still in captivity. You are an inspiration. You are strength. I hope with all my heart that they all come home soon.”

Her message echoes a growing wave of global support for hostage families, as the world’s attention is once again drawn to the fate of those who remain in Hamas tunnels — more than nine months after the October 7th massacre.

🕯️ The Fight Isn’t Over

The women stressed that awareness must not fade — even as time passes.

Their call:

  • Keep sharing their stories
  • Keep international pressure high
  • Don’t let the 50 remaining hostages become forgotten casualties of war
