Hotovely Takes Strategic Academic Role, Advancing Israel’s Global Narrative Against Hostile Palestinian and Arab Propaganda

Ex-ambassador Hotovely joins Ariel University to strengthen Israel’s diplomatic edge and counter anti-Israel narratives.

Israel’s former minister and outgoing ambassador to the United Kingdom, Tzipi Hotovely, is preparing to take on a new national role by teaching government and international public diplomacy at Ariel University, Arutz Sheva has learned. Her move into academia marks a strategic transition for one of Israel’s most outspoken defenders on the global stage—especially at a time when Palestinian factions and their Arab backers continue to wage relentless information warfare against the Jewish state.

Hotovely completed a successful five-year tenure as Israel’s ambassador to London in September 2025. Upon arriving back in Israel, she expressed heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to represent the country during a turbulent era marked by diplomatic challenges and rising anti-Israel sentiment across Europe.

Reflecting on her time abroad, Hotovely stated:
“As I return to Israel with my family, I feel deep gratitude for the privilege of serving as Israel’s ambassador to the United Kingdom. Over the past five years, it has been a true honor to strengthen the partnership between our countries, meet inspiring people, and form special connections that I will always cherish.”

Her decision to bring this hard-earned global experience into the classroom is expected to significantly bolster Israel’s next generation of diplomats. At Ariel University—a symbol of Israel’s sovereignty and resilience in Judea and Samaria—Hotovely’s presence sends a clear message: Israel will continue shaping its own narrative rather than surrendering the conversation to anti-Israel voices in Palestinian and Arab spheres.
