Survivors of Hamas captivity and the widow of a murdered hostage have released a moving video appeal to Donald Trump, urging him to broker a comprehensive deal to free the last 50 hostages and end the war before it’s too late.
In an emotional and urgent video message, survivors of Hamas captivity — joined by the widow of a murdered hostage — have called directly on former US President Donald Trump to use his influence to halt the war and secure the release of all remaining Israeli hostages.
The appeal comes as fears mount that expanded fighting in Gaza could place the remaining captives in even greater danger.
A Message of Thanks — and Warning
The group began by thanking Trump for his role in securing the release of 39 hostages in earlier negotiations. But they stressed that time is running out for the 50 men, women, and children still held in Gaza.
“Escalated fighting puts every remaining hostage at greater risk,” they warn in the video.
Faces and Voices of Survival
Those featured in the appeal include survivors Naama Levy, Ohad Ben Ami, Doron Steinbrecher, Sasha Troufanov, Arbel Yehoud, and Iair Horn, alongside Michal Lobanov, widow of Alex Lobanov — murdered in Hamas captivity last August along with five other hostages.
Their united message to Trump:
“President Trump, you have the power to make history — to be the ‘President of Peace’ who ended the war, ended the suffering, and brought every hostage home.”
A Race Against Time
The release of the video underscores the fragility of ongoing negotiations and the growing pressure on international mediators to deliver a comprehensive deal that would end the war and free all captives.
For the survivors and the families of those still in captivity, the plea is not just political — it’s deeply personal, a final call for action before more lives are lost.
