In sweeping pre-holiday operations, the IDF and Shin Bet arrested 75 terrorists across Judea and Samaria, thwarting Hamas plots and protecting Israeli communities.
As Israel enters the holiday season, the IDF is intensifying counter-terror operations to safeguard Jewish communities and main transportation routes throughout Judea and Samaria. In a decisive show of force, battalion- and brigade-level raids were carried out in dozens of villages, leading to the arrest of more than 75 wanted terrorists in just one week.
Among those captured were:
- 10 terrorists in Qabatiya (Menashe Brigade) directly involved in attacks on Israelis.
- 13 terrorists in Bethlehem (Etzion Brigade) responsible for plotting and executing assaults against civilians and security personnel.
- 9 Hamas operatives in Tulkarm and Salfit (Ephraim Brigade) deeply entrenched in illegal weapons trafficking.
During these precision raids, the IDF also confiscated significant weapons caches, including a homemade “Carlo” submachine gun in Qabatiya and additional firearms and ammunition in the Tulkarm sector.
All arrested suspects and seized weaponry were swiftly handed over to the Shin Bet and Judea and Samaria District Police for further interrogation and prosecution.
