IMPACT-se uncovers PA textbooks glorifying terror, dehumanizing Jews, and rejecting Israel’s existence entirely.
A newly released IMPACT-se report delivers one of the most disturbing assessments yet of the Palestinian Authority’s 2025–2026 school curriculum, revealing a systemic program of radicalization, antisemitism, and incitement to violence that flagrantly violates every UNESCO standard for peace education.
Researchers examined 290 textbooks and teaching guides, spanning grades 1 through 12 across PA-controlled schools in Gaza, Judea, Samaria, and eastern Jerusalem, including UNRWA institutions. Their conclusion is unequivocal: the PA’s education system remains a factory of hatred, cultivating the next generation of extremists rather than preparing children for coexistence.
Full-scale antisemitism baked into the curriculum
The report details shocking examples of explicit Jew-hatred:
- Jews are labeled “liars,” “corrupt,” “devil’s helpers,” and “bloodthirsty monsters.”
- Israeli civilians and soldiers are dehumanized as subhuman entities without rights or moral worth.
- Israeli soldiers are depicted as child-killing snipers, “laughing loudly” during alleged massacres.
These are not isolated texts — they reflect systemic indoctrination.
Terror glorification starts in first grade
The report highlights dozens of jihad references:
- First graders are introduced to the word “Shahid” while learning the Arabic letter هـ.
- Texts link jihad with “the peak of faith,” “reward in paradise,” and, in some cases, the 72-virgins narrative.
- Martyrdom is depicted as admirable, self-sacrifice encouraged, and violence framed as a natural pathway to honor.
Incredibly, even math and science books are weaponized:
- Algebra problems use variables like “number of shahids.”
- Physics exercises feature examples of a girl firing a slingshot at Israelis.
Israel erased completely — replaced by “Greater Palestine”
The IMPACT-se review found:
- Israel does not appear anywhere in the curriculum.
- Maps erase Israeli borders and cities such as Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ashkelon, Be’er Sheva.
- Students are taught a fictional “Greater Palestine from the river to the sea,” implying Israel’s elimination.
These patterns remained unchanged despite years of pressure from the European Union. Even books printed after the October 7 Hamas massacre repeat identical incitement themes.
A willful choice: radicalization over reform
The report concludes that the Palestinian Authority has made a deliberate strategic decision:
Instead of reforming its curriculum, it continues to cultivate hatred, martyrdom culture, and total rejection of Israel — ensuring decades more of indoctrinated hostility.
This is the education system the West continues to fund.
