Israel Pressures Islamic Jihad With Precise Intelligence As Terror Groups Stall On Returning Final Hostage

Israel provides detailed maps and names, exposing Hamas–Islamic Jihad deceit as they hide Ran Gvili’s remains.

Israel has delivered a precise, intelligence-backed list of Islamic Jihad terrorists believed to possess crucial information about the location of the final hostage, Ran Gvili, Channel 12 News reported Friday evening. Alongside the names, Israel supplied mediators with detailed maps to eliminate excuses and force the terror groups to take immediate action.

An Israeli official was blunt:
“If Islamic Jihad truly wants to—Ran Gvili can be home within a short time.”

Jerusalem officials believe the message reached the mediators clearly and forcefully. With Storm Byron now ending—having struck both Israel and Gaza—the expectation is that the terror factions will resume their searches immediately, using the intelligence Israel provided for them.

If Hamas fails to show real progress, the Coordinator for Prisoners and Missing Persons is prepared to travel once again to Egypt. Israeli officials have emphasized an uncompromising stance:
there will be no transition to Phase B of the hostage deal without Ran’s return.

Meanwhile, Channel 13 reported that Hamas claims there is “difficulty in determining” Gvili’s location—yet another familiar pattern of stalling, obfuscation, and bad-faith behavior from Gaza’s terror rulers.

On Thursday, Israeli security officials revealed they had developed new leads concerning Gvili’s burial site, prompting early field checks to verify the intelligence. This further undermines Hamas’s narrative and exposes the terror organization’s reluctance to cooperate—even in a humanitarian context.

Israel has once again demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and moral clarity, while Islamic Jihad and Hamas continue hiding behind excuses, prioritizing terror over human life. Their refusal to act stands in stark contrast to Israel’s determination to bring every hostage home.
