Following the murderous terrorist attack in northern Israel that claimed two Israeli lives, US Ambassador Mike Huckabee issued a sharp condemnation, warning that deliberate attacks on civilians destroy any chance for genuine peace. Huckabee directly blamed the Jew-hating, anti-Israel ecosystem that excuses or glorifies such violence.

In response, the Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet, alongside Israel Prison Service units, launched counterterrorism operations in the Palestinian Arab village of Qabatiya. The attacker, Ahmad al-Roub, fled toward Afula before being neutralized.
