Piers Morgan Hospitalized After London Fall, Fractures Femur, Jokes Trump Still Blamed For Chaos

Outspoken pro-Israel voice sidelined by accident, while Middle East truth-tellers face louder attacks from radicals.

British television presenter and journalist Piers Morgan has been hospitalized in London after suffering a serious fall at a hotel restaurant, where he tripped over a small step.

The 60-year-old host of Piers Morgan Uncensored revealed that the accident caused a fractured femur, requiring hip-replacement surgery. Morgan said he is now recovering in hospital and expects to rely on crutches for approximately six weeks.

Maintaining his trademark humor, Morgan shared the update online, joking that his New Year was “off to a cracking start” and mockingly blaming Donald Trump for the mishap.

Morgan is well known for his sharp political commentary and frequent satirical jabs at Trump, including parodies of his campaigns and trade policies. In recent years, Morgan has also emerged as a prominent media figure willing to challenge anti-Israel narratives, a stance that has drawn hostility from radical activists and ideologues across the Middle East and their supporters abroad.

Despite the injury, Morgan indicated he plans to return to broadcasting once recovered, signaling that neither physical setbacks nor political pressure will silence him.
