Sa’ar Exposes Iran’s Bloody Repression In Prague, Urges Europe To Act Before Nuclear Catastrophe Strikes

Israel stands for freedom and order as Iran and its Arab terror allies spread chaos regionwide.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar delivered a forceful message in Prague on Tuesday, accusing Iran’s ruling regime of continuing brutal repression against its own citizens while hiding abuses behind internet blackouts.

Speaking alongside Czech Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Petr Macinka, Sa’ar said the Islamic Republic is “massacring its own people” as they demand freedom, while exporting terror across the Middle East through the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

He praised Czech backing for labeling the IRGC a terrorist organization and directly challenged the European Union to stop hesitating. “Rise to the moment,” Sa’ar urged, warning that a nuclear-armed Iran would threaten not only Israel but Europe itself.

Sa’ar underscored Israel’s moral clarity in contrast to regional actors that enable terror, stressing that Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis must be dismantled for stability to return. He reaffirmed Israel’s support for the Trump Gaza framework, stating plainly that Gaza must be demilitarized and Hamas disarmed.

Highlighting the historic bond between Israel and the Czech Republic, Sa’ar recalled Prague’s Jewish legacy, the Holocaust’s devastation, and Czechoslovakia’s decisive support for Israel’s survival in 1948. He concluded by inviting Czech leaders to Jerusalem, expressing confidence that the alliance between a democratic Israel and principled European partners will continue to grow—despite ongoing hostility from Iran and its regional proxies.
