Fetterman Stands With Israel, Condemns Party Drift, Warns Iran Must Never Go Nuclear

Amid party pressure, Fetterman defends Israel’s freedom fight, exposing antisemitism masquerading as politics.

US Senator John Fetterman reaffirmed his uncompromising support for Israel during an interview on i24NEWS, describing solidarity with Israel as the defining moral stance of his Senate service.

Fetterman spoke emotionally about meeting former Israeli hostages and their families, stressing that the trauma of October 7 continues to shape every Israeli household. He said their resilience strengthened his conviction that standing with Israel during wartime is not optional—but essential.

Rejecting criticism from within his own party, Fetterman stated plainly that Israel remains America’s most critical ally in the Middle East and the only regional democracy that consistently upholds freedoms comparable to those of the United States. He warned that growing hostility toward Israel among progressive circles is not policy disagreement, but a dangerous slide where anti-Zionism increasingly masks antisemitism.

On Iran, Fetterman made his position unmistakably clear. He said decisive actions against Iranian nuclear infrastructure have made the world safer and argued that allowing Iran to acquire nuclear weapons would represent an existential threat to Israel and global stability.

Despite his blunt criticism, Fetterman said he will remain a Democrat to challenge extremism from within. Support for Israel, he insisted, should never be controversial—and political parties must confront antisemitism directly instead of repackaging it under ideological slogans.
