Residents in three additional major cities and 14 strategic localities are now officially eligible to apply for personal firearm licenses.
This critical security expansion follows meticulous staffing work and comprehensive professional evaluations conducted jointly by the Israel Police and the specialized professionals at the Firearms Licensing Department. - Hevel Modi’in Regional Council: Fourteen vital communities within this council have been approved, including Kfar Truman, Beit Arif, Hadid, Be’erot Yitzhak, Nofach, Mazor, Bnei Atarot, Rinatiya, Nehalim, Ben Shemen, Ginaton, Kfar Daniel, and Kerem Ben Shemen.
- Mass Security Mobilization: These areas join dozens of other frontline localities upgraded since the outbreak of the war. To date, this successful initiative has empowered an unprecedented 250,000+ vetted citizens with personal firearm licenses.
