Israeli-Founded Deel Lands Arsenal Sleeve Deal As Global Tech Power Meets Premier League Prestige

Arsenal partnership puts Israeli-founded HR giant on iconic shirts, proving innovation can command world football visibility.

Arsenal Football Club has named Israeli-founded global payroll and HR platform Deel as its official shirt sleeve partner from the 2026/27 season, strengthening a commercial partnership first launched in December 2025.

Under the multi-year agreement, Deel’s logo will appear on the left sleeve of Arsenal’s home, away, and third kits. Arsenal said Deel will become only the second global brand to hold that prominent position on one of the most recognisable shirts in world football. The club also plans to use Deel’s platform across its workforce and HR operations.

Deel was founded in 2019 by Israeli entrepreneur Alex Bouaziz and co-founder Shuo Wang. The company has grown into a major global payroll and HR technology provider, serving more than 40,000 businesses and 1.5 million workers across more than 150 countries.

The agreement marks another high-profile milestone for Israeli-founded innovation on the global stage. For Deel, the Arsenal sleeve placement moves the company beyond the technology sector and into one of the most visible marketing spaces in world sport.

Bouaziz called the expanded deal a proud moment for the company, saying the Arsenal partnership had always been intended as the beginning of a deeper relationship. He also acknowledged his personal football connection, noting that while he supports Paris Saint-Germain, he grew up admiring Arsène Wenger, Thierry Henry, and Arsenal’s Invincibles.

Arsenal introduced the partnership with a promotional campaign film titled “Patchmaker,” featuring striker Viktor Gyökeres and former captain Patrick Vieira. Club executives described the sleeve as one of the most powerful branding positions in football.

The deal gives Deel a major international platform and places an Israeli-founded company directly on the kit of one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs, underlining how Israeli entrepreneurship continues to influence global business, technology, and sport.
